
To ensure you visit goes smoothly we need you to help us prepare for the arrival of Santa so here with some of the things that we will need.
Santa is a busy man and has lots of homes to visit so please be ready to host him from the moment that he arrives.

Food & Drink
Santa does not need any food or drinks during his visit but if the children wish to give him a carrot for the reindeer then this is fine

Presents
Santa will arrive with his sack, if presents are to be given then you must provide them and place them into the sack on his arrival. Presents must be clearly labelled with the recipients name. Santa will hand out the presents during his stay with you. You can of course purchase small gifts from our store and we will bring them along on the day.

Story Telling
Santa will begin his visit with a short story of what it's like to live with the elves in the North Pole. The story should last no more than 5 minutes after which the guests and ask santa questions.

Interactions
Santa will ask each guest what they would like for Christmas and may refer to his special book for guidance on whether the recipient has been naughty or nice. If the guest has written a list, now is the time to hand it to him.

Party Size (Guests)
There are not limits on how many guests you can have, it's all down to you and your ability to host the event however be mindful that the more guests, the tighter the time frame. If your gathering is over 6 guests, you may need to book our Half day or full day package to ensure that all guests have an equal chance to chat to Santa.

SEND - Special requirements
Santa is able to meet and interact with any guest that has special needs or sensory requirements. If there are any such needs please include them in your booking form so that he can be best prepared for the meeting.

Our shop has a range of great gifts that we can bring to the event to hand to the recipients.
We aim to provide a unique personal service and we use only professional people within our team. Each event is unique and Santa, being the lovely man that he is will adjust his style and delivery to suit the guest, event location and surroundings. Santa will endeavour to stay for the full duration but feel free to suggest the end of the session if the circumstances present themselves; Santa does not want to outstay his welcome nor create an uneasy or uncomfortable atmosphere. Some children are less willing to interact and this is perfectly understandable. Please read our terms and condition and by placing a booking you accept these terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions.
Booking Santa for your event is considered a binding contract that requires SANTA2U to provide a Santa Claus for your event. The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, presents for the guests and a suitable area for Santa to sit and interact with the guests. The client should book the appropriate time frame and allow for sufficient time for each guest to have quality time with Santa. We cannot be responsible if the amount of guests is larger than expected and we run out of time due to this. Please book sufficient time and for parties over 6 book the half day session.
Santa has a lot of travelling and we cannot be responsible for lateness due to circumstances beyond our control, santa will of course keep you updated if he is running late. Each period has a 'buffer' timed into and we will endeavour to complete the full booked time period whenever possible. Booking Santa is none refundable if cancelled within 24hrs of the session. A 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before the scheduled date of the booking, A full refund is available if cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled event date.
